The AMTA Texas 2012 Annual Conference will be in Austin at the Hilton Austin in Downtown Austin, Texas! We are formatting the program for a great conference with National Presenter Eric Stephenson! A new multi-tiered sponsorship program will be offered this year for the first time - offering exhibitors opportunities for more exposure to AMTA Members and Professional Massage Therapists in the Austin area. Approximate Cost - $400 Conference Tote Bags –See your logo everywhere during the 2010 AMTA Texas Annual Conference. This portable marketing opportunity will showcase your company’s logo on ‘every’ tote around the conference. Attendees will become familiar with your name and image but will use your bags again and again at home allowing for continued exposure. Contact Tanya for pricing and ordering of Tote bags. Conference Bag Inserts – Introduce your company to attendees as soon as they receive their conference materials. Have your company’s promotional flyers, special offers, samples, or catalogs available to each attendee inserted into the Conference Tote Bag. (Production of materials Not Included – material must be sent to Tanya before April 15, 2010) Groovy Dinner Sponsorship. To get into the ambiance of the Keep Austin Weird, we getting Groovy in Austin! The Location has yet to be determined. Contact Tanya Volkmer for details on this Sponsorship. Approximate cost $5200 based on 125 people attending. Coffee Break/ Soda Break -Offer refreshments to attendees during the three days of education and meeting. Design it as creatively as you’d like, but feature YOUR Company’s name and logo for our attendees. Donate products from your company for hourly giveaways or attendees over the weekend Conference. Bring attention to your company by donating items that focus our attendees on your business name! Gourmet Box Lunch. Donate a small lunch on Friday, April 27, 2012 to attendees of the Ethics class with Ariana Vincent who will be continuing on to the afternoon classes with Eric Stephenson.
